(a) Group Reservations

For reservations of 6 or more people, we reserve the right to claim compensation in the event of a short-notice cancellation or no-show.

(b) Seasonal Restrictions

During certain periods of the year, such as public holidays, peak seasons or major events, we reserve the right to reject or decline to confirm reservation requests. There is no entitlement to the acceptance or fulfilment of a reservation.

(c) Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel reservations at any time, particularly in the event of technical problems, operational restrictions or overbooking. In such cases, we accept no liability for any resulting damages or inconvenience suffered by the guest.

(d) Reservation Confirmation

Reservations submitted through the online form are only considered accepted once they have been confirmed in writing or by the reservation system via email. A reservation request submitted by the guest alone does not constitute a binding confirmation.

For group reservations, additional confirmation by telephone is required.
